Refund policy

At Brandique Media, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing and social media management services tailored to each client’s brand and goals.

Due to the custom nature of our services, all payments made for social media management, branding, design, and digital marketing services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Deposits & Retainers

  • All deposits and monthly retainers are non-refundable.
  • Services are reserved specifically for your business and scheduling availability.

Project Cancellations

Clients may cancel services at any time with written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds will be issued for work already completed or currently in progress.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled payment date.

Revisions

We strive for client satisfaction and include reasonable revisions based on the selected package.

Additional revisions beyond the package scope may result in additional fees.

Delayed Communication

Projects may be delayed if required content, approvals, or communication are not provided in a timely manner. Refunds will not be issued due to client delays.

Chargebacks

By purchasing services from Brandique Media, clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered, delivered content, strategy work, or completed digital assets.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare circumstances at the sole discretion of Brandique Media.
