Welcome to Brandique Media. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.


1. Services Provided

Brandique Media provides digital marketing and social media-related services including, but not limited to:

  • Social Media Management

  • Content Creation

  • Graphic Design

  • Branding

  • Caption Writing

  • Engagement Management

  • Strategy Consulting

  • Website Graphics

  • Advertising Support

  • Analytics Reporting

Services provided will vary depending on the package selected by the client.


2. Payment Terms

  • All invoices must be paid in full by the due date listed on the invoice.

  • Monthly management packages are billed in advance.

  • Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees.

  • Deposits and retainers are non-refundable.

Failure to submit payment may result in termination of services.


3. No Guaranteed Results

While Brandique Media strives to help clients grow their online presence, we do not guarantee:

  • follower growth

  • sales increases

  • engagement levels

  • viral content

  • specific advertising results

Marketing outcomes vary based on multiple factors outside our control.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • provide accurate business information

  • respond to communication in a timely manner

  • provide access to social media accounts when necessary

  • supply brand assets, logos, photos, or materials needed for content creation

  • review and approve content promptly

Delays caused by lack of communication may affect project timelines.


5. Content & Creative Rights

All content created by Brandique Media remains the property of the business until full payment has been received.

Upon final payment:

  • clients receive rights to approved deliverables

  • Brandique Media may still use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing


6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included within each package.

Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may result in additional fees.


7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services with written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • completed work

  • active projects

  • strategy sessions

  • delivered digital assets


8. Communication

Primary communication may occur through:

  • email

  • phone

  • text message

  • social media messaging

  • project management platforms

Professional and respectful communication is required from both parties.


9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for:

  • delivered services

  • completed content

  • approved work

  • strategy consultations

  • digital products

Any payment disputes should first be addressed directly with Brandique Media.


10. Limitation of Liability

Brandique Media shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • loss of profits

  • social media platform outages

  • account suspensions

  • algorithm changes

  • third-party platform issues

Clients understand that social media platforms operate independently and policies may change at any time.


11. Confidentiality

Any confidential business information shared by clients will be kept private and used solely for project purposes.


12. Modifications

Brandique Media reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.


13. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing services from Brandique Media, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
