Brandique Media offers a variety of marketing services, including but not limited to:

Social Media Management
Brand Strategy
Content Creation
Advertising & Growth Services
Website Design & Management
Marketing Consulting
Custom Marketing Packages

Services may be offered as monthly recurring plans, one-time projects, or custom agreements. Pricing and deliverables will be outlined before services begin.

Payment Terms

All monthly service plans are billed in advance.

Payments are due on the agreed-upon billing date each month.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services until payment is received.

Monthly Service Plan Cancellations

Clients may cancel recurring monthly services with 30 days written notice.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to Brandique Media.

Services will continue through the current billing period and any applicable notice period.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of monthly service plans.

One-Time Projects

Website design, branding projects, audits, consultations, and other one-time services are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, Brandique Media reserves the right to retain payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Custom Packages

Custom marketing packages may have separate terms outlined in the client agreement.

Custom agreements will supersede this policy where applicable.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all sales are final.

Brandique Media does not guarantee specific business results, lead generation outcomes, revenue increases, social media growth, or advertising performance.

Refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations or desired outcomes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide necessary information, approvals, access credentials, content, and feedback in a timely manner.

Delays in client communication may impact project timelines and service delivery.

Service Modifications

Brandique Media reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing, package features, and policies at any time. Existing clients will be notified of material changes affecting active agreements.
